What reports are provided to participant companies following the salary survey process?

All participant companies receive a general report providing a generic market data analysis. RMA will then be available for a period of one month to provide clarification and assist in the proper understanding of the report. How do you keep my organizations data confidential?

All data provided by all survey participants is held in the strictest confidence by RMA. No participant, including the sponsor company, will have access to raw data for any participant organization. All organization data is coded and the code for an organization is provided to that organization alone.

What about International travel?

RMA professionals are happy to visit clients as required for the successful completion of project work.
