A Brief Introduction to RMA Reward Management Associates (RMA) is a specialist Compensation and Benefits consulting firm set up in Dubai in October 1997. RMA provides clients with acceptable people and reward solutions that reflect international best practice. RMA covers Reward in its broadest term-from organization structuring to planning of development solutions and hence offers reward solutions that are totally integrated into your people policies. RMA will work very closely with you to ensure that solutions reflect your culture and values. Solutions will be client-focused and tailored for easy and practical implementation. The companys particular emphasis is on the conduct of Compensation Surveys, Job Design & Evaluation, Compensation and Benefit Policy Design, International Mobility, International Remuneration and Expatriate Pay Systems. A.B. decided to set up RMA in order to try and meet what he saw as a gap in the market to address these issues and also provide a service in these areas to overseas companies moving into this Region. Being based in Dubai provides RMA with the opportunity to undertake assignments globally and for clients based in other countries in addition to local assignments. Benefits, Training, Customer Service, Service Quality, Transformation

consultants who do not have a local presence and undertake assignments

He also has a Masters in Human Resource Management from the Xavier Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur, India. A.B. has over 18 years experience in the HR field covering a broad spectrum of industry and financial institutions. He has worked for the Forbes Group of Companies, the Lalbhai Group, Citibank, National Bank of Oman and Standard Chartered Bank. His most recent assignment was as Regional Head of Human Resources, Middle East and South Asia for Standard Chartered Bank.
